At the end of the class, it was almost dusk. We walked around until it was dark looking at tree like Bur oak, pawpaw, Osage Orange, and Black Cherry.
As I headed home, it occurred to me that maybe I should have brought my leaf press and put some of the specimens in it since they were probably headed to a compost pile!
