/My book of the week is a 2018 publication from the Missouri Department of Conservation. Its premise is that there are stewardship practices suitable for every land use and ever population density. We all can work to implement conservation planning tools in ways that will benefit the place we call home and the people we call neighbors. We cannot continue to think and act in ways that assume that urban/suburban areas are incompatible with natural resource conservation!
